Return Window
We want you to love Velmana, so we offer a 90-day return period from the day your order arrives. Please note: opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned. This ensures the safety, quality, and effectiveness of our products for all customers.
Due to the nature of our return policy, if the product has been opened, we may ask you for feedback and how long you've been using the product, so that we can help you get the best possible experience and improve our product in the future.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
All labels and seals must be intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
A return shipping label will be provided only for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by Velmana.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Defective Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will review the issue and provide a return label and instructions if the return is approved.

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the unopened product, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for eligible unopened products or items returned due to Velmana's fault.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Our policy helps protect you, other customers, and the integrity of Velmana products, while still offering refunds for valid issues.
Shipping
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and seasonal periods, with an expected delivery time of 2–4 business days.
Procedure for Reporting Allergic Reactions
Please follow the steps below to report an allergic reaction:
Provide your personal and order details, including your full name, order number, and the product in question.
Submit a clear photo of the product with the batch code clearly visible. This helps us trace the specific production batch.
Describe the allergic reaction, including the type of reaction experienced, the time between using the product and the reaction, and whether you sought professional medical advice.
If you sought medical attention, please provide details of the healthcare professional or medical facility involved.
Your cooperation helps us investigate potential causes and prevent similar incidents in the future.
Additional Information Requirement
In certain cases, we may request additional evidence, such as a doctor's letter or photographs of the reaction. This information helps support your claim and assists with our investigation.
